Through her academic career Cynthia has been successful with 80% of her grant proposals. Cynthia has been working in different research institutions in Australia as well as overseas in Argentina. She also worked as a science manager for the University of Tasmania running training grant writing sessions and reviewing and editing proposal for students, academics and professional staff. She has vast experience in the Australian Research Council system, government, industry grants and charitable philanthropic organisations. She is fluent in writing grants in English and Spanish.
